Mexican Egg Avocado Toast

1 slice reduced-calorie bread, toasted

2 Tbsp avocado, lightly mashed

1 large egg cooked sunny-side up with cooking spray

1 Tbsp onions, chopped, or pickled

1/2 Tbsp fat free salsa, drained

1/2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped

Directions

Spread the toast with the avocado; top with the egg, onions, and salsa. Sprinkle with cilantro; season with salt and pepper (optional).
